Asparagus at the Farmer’s Market this week!  Woo hoo!  It’s been almost a year since the last Asparagus season if I’m remembering correctly so I went a little overboard and bought 3 bunches.  Since it’s such a short season I figured I might as well stock up and get my fill!  So lots of asparagus this week…but luckily our meals last week went a bit further than we anticipated so we never made the quiche we had planned.  Asparagus is one of my favorite quiche vegetables, especially with leeks…yum!

Rounding out the week with leftovers of our Irish stew form last week and a curried Cauliflower Stew from a 2009 Bon Appétit that sounds healthy and delicious.
