This week we have pretty light and mostly vegetarian meals since we’re heading to Tahoe to go camping this weekend and I know we’ll have quite a bit of meat for dinner there. All of the links are to the actual recipes I’m using this week except for the Tomato Soup…the recipe I am using is actually from “Slow Cooker: The Best Cookbook Ever,” but I couldn’t find it online. The one I linked to here isn’t a slow cooker recipe and I’ve never used a recipe from this blog, but it looks yummy…so if you try it out let me know how it is!
