Well, I’m sorry to say that I’m not going to be much help for your home cooking this week. I’m in New Orleans for a conference until late Wednesday night and then we’re keeping it simple for the rest of the week while I get back into the swing of things. By keeping dinner simple hopefully I can get a few workouts in so I can start exercising off all of those beignets and fried oyster po’boys. Man I love New Orleans!
