Now we\'re getting to the interesting stuff...Alpaca Jerky (the white stuff) and a Pig\'s Head
Beautiful, fresh fruit abounds
Suz getting ready to dig into a sweet passion fruit
Sweet Passion Fruit...you just suck the grey fruit out and swallow it down without chewing. It\'s like the oyster of fruit, so sweet and delicious.
Guniea Pigs alongside fish roe...strange combination at this stall
One of the many veggie stands
They seriously like their sugar cane here...what an incredible sight right outside the market
Plaza de Armas in Cusco, Peru
Papa en Duo: potatoes in a cheesy chili sauce and a spicy peanut sauce
Iced Coca tea
Marinated Alpaca skewers, corn tamale, stuffed pepper and fries...Peruvian food at it\'s best!
We got addicted to Peruvian peppers while camping...so spicy but super flavorful.
The hills surrounding Cusco
Turning Alpaca wool into thread
Suz making friends with the Alpaca
A local woman (with baby strapped in!) roasting broad beans for snacking
These roasted broad beans were one of our favorite snacks the entire time we hiked the Inca Trail
The terraces at the Inca site, Pisaq
The valley view from Pisaq is incredible
Suz is ready to move in
The main Inca ruin site in Ollantaytambo
We loved the narrow, cobblestone streets of Ollantaytambo
The way the Peruvian women and girls dress is often very traditional and colorful
The iconic blue Peru Rail comes right through the center of Aguas Calientes. Suz was very excited about riding on this for some reason
First night back in Cusco, dinner and music. This band was hysterical, but pretty good. Kind of like a Peruvian Boy Band
